Bellylabs Dog Pregnancy Test giveaway on Facebook and Instagram Game rules

Game

  1. The organizer of the prize game (hereinafter: Game).  Forvet Kft (1015 Budapest, Szabó Ilonka utca 65/B. 1st floor, door 5,  hereinafter: organizer).
  2. The location of the Game is the Organizer's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/forvet.pettest and the Organizer's Instagram page: http://instagram.com/forvet.pettest
  3. Duration of the Game: March 18, 2024 –  March 24
  4. Any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter: Player) can participate in the Game.
  5. Description of the Game: The Organizer publishes a post on its Facebook and Instagram pages, asking the players to like their page, then share a photo of their favorite in the comments and write in the comments who they would like to share the gift package with.  and tag the friend you would share it with!
  6. Of the correct answers  We will draw 2 lucky winners who  will win, the Bely Labs Pregnancy Test and a Popcorn Gift Pack courtesy of My Popcorn Shop.

Winners and prizes

  1. The winners will be chosen from among the players who like the page, shared their favorite photo in the comments, and wrote in the comments who they would share the prize with.
  2. Date of the draw: March 25, 2024, 7:00 p.m
  3. Number of winners:  2 (two). 1 winner will be drawn from Facebook and 1 winner will be drawn from Instagram.
  4. Prizes are provided by the Organizer.
  5. The Organizer will publish the names of the winners in the Facebook and Instagram posts.

Data management

  1. The operator of the data is the Organizer, who manages the Players' personal data in accordance with these game rules and data protection laws, and guarantees that the data is handled in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
  2. The purpose of data management is to contact the Player for the purpose of awarding the prize. If the Player does not provide the data necessary to hand over the prize in the event of becoming a winner, it will lead to exclusion from the game, i.e. the Player will lose his right to the prize.
  3. The Organizer only handles the personal data that the Player voluntarily provided to the Organizer during participation in the Game (for example, name, e-mail address).
  4. The Organizer manages the data until the Player's consent is withdrawn or until the end of the Game and the time of contact with the winners.
  5. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly consents to the Organizer publishing the Player's name on the Organizer's Facebook page in case of winning, and the Player also agrees that he is not entitled to compensation for the public publication of his data in connection with the Game.
  6. The player can withdraw his consent to the processing of his data at any time, without any restrictions or reasons.
  7. Organizer's other data management principles on the Organizer's website (https://pettest.hu) contained in the Data Protection Information.

The Organizer declares that the Game is not supported by Facebook (Meta) in any way and has nothing to do with the promotion.  By participating in the Game, the Player automatically accepts these game and data management regulations.   The Organizer reserves the right to modify these game rules containing the terms of the Game at any time without giving reasons.
